Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the nature of our products, we only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped due to our error. Shipping and handling are included in exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items
All damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Thoroughly inspect items upon arrival from the carrier. Some wear and tear on the package is normal due to handling. However, if there's significant damage to your item(s) please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Your order number
- A digital photo of the package and damaged items
- Your preference for a replacement or refund
