At Natureign, we appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days with your original receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds unless an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
If you buy Natureign products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
All damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Thoroughly inspect all items upon arrival from the carrier. Some wear and tear on the package is normal due to handling. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
